Pick up from the airport on arrival and transfer to Tamarind Hotel for overnight stay
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip for the scheduled flight from Wilson where you will connect with the scheduled flight to Lewa Downs departing at 10h20. On arrival you will be met by a representative from Lewa Safari Camp who will transfer you to the camp.
Each tent has a thatched roof, verandah and full en suite bathroom, very much in the ‘Lewa’ style. The central areas have exquisite gardens with a large sunny verandah and swimming pool to enjoy during the day, and cozy log fires in the lounge and dining room for the more chilly evenings. After breakfast today, you will be driven to the local airstrip at Lewa to catch your scheduled morning flight to Masai Mara. On arrival you will be met by a representative from Governors Camp who will transfer you to the camp with game viewing en route.
Enjoy evening game drives today within the Masai Mara Game Reserve later returning to Governors Camp for Overnight.
Early morning and late afternoons are the most productive hours for game drives and our safari customized 4WD vehicles give everyone a perfect view. Watching wildlife at close range, but without encroaching on their space, is endlessly fascinating and the guides’ instincts and experience provide superb photo opportunities of wild animals.
Overnight at Governors Camp
After a last game drive in the Masai Mara, catch the 11h00 scheduled flight back to Nairobi. Our company representative will meet and transfer you to your Nairobi hotel or to the international airport for your journey home.
