8 Days/7 Nights – Canton Fair Guangzhou China

This is the best trade fair in China where you have the opportunity to win more business deals, meet suppliers and hold one on one meetings in your area of interest. You can choose to window shop for the products you are going in search of or negotiate deals in the factories and purchase the products while in china.

The Canton Fair is comprehensive in nature and has won its name as china’s no. 1 fair for the longest time in history, the largest scale, the most comprehensive exhibit variety, the biggest buyer attendance and the broadest buyer distribution with the greatest business turnover.

This program is for 8 days including your arrival and departure dates. The program covers the following: –

1. Your international flight from Nairobi (NBO) to Guangzhou (CAN)
2. Accommodation for 7 nights.
3. Daily breakfast and dinner.
4. Shuttle bus to the fair daily.
5. One-day – market visit – depending on your area of interest.
6. Last day – shopping tour and then drop at the airport to catch your night flight back to Nairobi.

8 Days – Guangzhou Canton China

14^th April 2025: Arrival in Guangzhou

Arrival in Guangzhou off your scheduled flight, met by our company representative based there, and driven to your hotel in Guangzhou, on arrival check-in and afterward freshen up, then overnight. 

15^th April 2025: Canton Fair – (9 am to 1800hrs)

After breakfast today, you will collect your badge at the hotel lobby for the Canton – Fair – (fee of USD. 40 is charged for the badge). Afterward, board the shuttle bus to the Canton Fair.

You have time to sample products at your own free will ranging from – electronics, lighting equipment, machinery, chemical products, vehicle and motorcycle spares, health products, home decorations, office supplies, medical devices, chemicals, household, furniture among others.

Later in the evening, return to your hotel by shuttle bus.

16^th April 2025: Canton Fair – (9 am to 1800hrs)

After breakfast today you will be picked up by shuttle bus and dropped at the Canton Fair pavilion and you can sample the products on your own – free will then later you will board the bus back to your hotel in the evening.

17^th April 2025: Canton Fair – (9am to 1800hrs)

After breakfast today you will be driven by shuttle bus to the the Canton Fair pavilion and you can sample the products on your own – free will then later you will board the bus back to your hotel in the evening.

18^th April 2025: Canton Fair – (9am to 1800hrs)

After breakfast today you will be driven by shuttle bus to the the Canton Fair pavilion and you can sample the products on your own – free will then later you will board the bus back to your hotel in the evening.

19^th April 2025: Market visit

The previous evening, participants will have been grouped in to areas of interest – listed as; Textiles and shoes, Electronics and Lighting, Machinery and Hardware, Office supplies, Medical and Health products and Vehicle and motor cycle parts.

After breakfast today depart in groups with common interest  to visit different markets in Guangzhou, including a visit to the Foshan Furniture market ,Sanitary and ceramic tile market  to see the products, negotiate and make a purchase when there. Later in the evening return to your hotel for overnight.

20^th April 2025: Half-day shopping and evening departure

Today you will be picked up by 10 am and then you will be driven to the main shopping malls where you can do some personal shopping later you will be dropped at the airport by 1800hrs for your flight back home.
